Tru Bru Coffee is a fantastic find in Orange! I was initially drawn in after visiting their sister establishment Humbowl next door (same amazing owners!), and I'm so glad I did. It's honestly one of the best I've had in Orange County - made with premium tuna, perfectly melted cheese, and served on bread that's toasted to golden perfection. The tuna salad has just the right amount of creaminess with a hint of crunch from finely diced vegetables. It's comfort food elevated to an art form and comes with your choice of chips or salad. The atmosphere matches the quality of their offerings - warm, inviting, and clearly cared for. The staff treats you like family, remembering regulars' orders and always greeting you with a smile. I have recently found this place! One of the few places here in OC with good cappuccino! Their burger is delicious and their bakery goods are yummy! Highly recommended. The only issue is that their outside tables are not usable because birds there are trained to attack for food.

I have been here with my little family 6 times. The food is so amazing and freshly prepared. The lattes and strawberry matcha are excellent and so well balanced even with the addition of extra shots. The interior design is so comforting and eclectic. We typically walk here on Saturday or Sunday. We have also been for fries and wine and beer in happy hour. We love their fries.
